Bitcoin and SpaceX are key to the future of humanity

Iranian-American entrepreneur and venture capitalist Shervin Pishevar is convinced that SpaceX and Bitcoin are the best investments for many generations.

According to Pishevar, who was an early investor in such giants as Uber and Airbnb, these are the two key innovations for the future of mankind.

Taking people to Mars

In one of his interviews, the American theoretical physicist and futurist, Michio Kaku, missed the basics of the idea of ‚Äč‚Äčterraforming Mars so that it could be inhabited by humans. As one possible solution, he suggested melting the ice caps on the red planet to return it to its former lavish state.

Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, has a grand plan to build a city on Mars and live there. The entrepreneur estimates that this could take up to 20 years.

If the eccentric billionaire succeeds with his ambitions for space travel, he could potentially be seen as a da Vinci-level figure in history textbooks. Meanwhile, private investors in SpaceX will give a huge return.

Musk is not a Bitcoin fan

Musk, whose net worth is estimated at 37.6 billion, sends mixed signals about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

When he set out to help the author of Harry Potter, J. K. Rowling understands Bitcoin, the billionaire calls it “internet money”, which seems more solid than fiat currencies, which are widely printed by central governments.

Although he sees the cryptocurrency as a potential substitute for money, Musk says he owns only 0.25 BTC. He is reluctant to dip his toes into the technology, as it is widely used by cybercriminals.
